Made a nice ginger beer mashed ginger about 300g for 25L with 6kg of sugar used oat and crushed chia seeds for yeast nutrition boiled and strained and used baker premium yeast turns out quite well for having nothing from scratch lol takes about a week every 3 days add a new lot of ginger 150g and 1kg of sugar brown works best but white does the job just the same can't complain refreshing in this heat and a good avb
