Hi. Just picked up this old topic - I'm interested in Clarity Ferm because my girl loves my ales but shouldn't be drinking them.
On the other hand I don't want to ruin the taste of a whole batch of beer if it doesn't work or doesn't taste good.

This experiment seems to address the two critical elements for me:
i) Does it significantly reduce the gluten? Apparently so.
ii) Does it ruin the taste? Apparently not.

i've used it, but it was to clear/fine the beer and not for gluten-free reasons. I can safely say it didn't affect the flavour at all. it also didn't clear the beer up whatsoever so who knows there.
