Hi Everyone,
Our club is hosting the July meeting at the new President's residence in Moolap this Saturday.
With a new committee assigned from last month's meeting we are hitting the ground running with a massive brew day with eleven brewers confirmed brewing the same Robust Porter recipe to barrel age using a 200L wine barrel.
There will be plenty of brew rigs on the go such as Grainfathers, Braumeisters, Brew In a Bag setups, 3 Vessel HERMS... you name it...
Should be a great day with spit roast lunch provided for $10 as well as the judging of members' Scottish 80 recipes.
For Brewers, please arrive at Midday to get your allocation of ingredients and get started with mash in, grab some lunch and get the the Scottish 80 judging started at 2pm.
Anyone interested in having a beer with us, feel free to contact myself. Should be a great day and looking to seeing everyone.
