Further to the meeting, it is what we call our collaborative brew day....wtf is that?
Several members are bringing along their systems, including my "truckable" system as seen here
On the day you can see BIAB, HERMS, 3V and Braumeister all in action!
Not to mention our host is putting on chicken & lamb kebab meat, with one of those real kebab shop rotisserie thingies ...

Looking forward to it. Planning on doing a couple of beers for "The Top 5 Shootout". Perhaps an Australian Pale Ale and Specialty of some sort.
