Hi all, been reading on here for a while, thought I would introduce myself.
I have a year or so of extract brewing under my belt, and have recently moved to BIAB, done about 5 brews and am loving the process.
I mill my grain, have grown hops but only enough for a brew or two and I use a crown urn to brew.

Anyway, catch you all around on here.

Hey djar007
At this very moment I'm enjoying a few Pintail Pales !
4 pines pale ale is top of the pops for me right now.

Love my APA's but also have a pension for hefes and belgians.

I mainly brew IpA's and APA's. They are easy and you get to throw a royal truckload of hops at them !!

Haha, that sounds so damn familiar, almost like something I would say.

I would add, if you haven't yet, brew a mild, the perfect beer to offset the lupulin overload that can set in at times.

Good point donske.
I usually enjoy a hefe or two to drink something more mild.

I will definitely look up a mild recipe.

I have steered away from hop forward beers lately. But I had some citra left over and put it in a randall with an apa I had in the fridge. Brilliant flavour and aroma. Wonder why I bother dry hopping . One of the tastier brews I have made this year.

Sweet !
I like the idea of a randal.
I have some cascade I grew that I could use in one.

G'day HBHB, thanks mate.

Pliny hey ?? haha

I have seen Yobs site, will be ordering soon mate !
