G'day all. Started and stopped making my own beer many, many years ago and just picking up the hobby again. Started off with Mango Jacks Ginger Beer. Going to do a Choklate Stout and Lemonde next.

I am off to the equpment forum now to ask about the best fermentor for what I plan to do.

I sincerely hope that the Chocolate Stout & the Lemonade are two separate brews?

Just depends on how much money you are prepared to spend. Plastic drum $30 - $40 or spend a bit more for a plastic conical $ 120 - $140
(eg fermentasaurus) or heaps more for a SS unit.
