Just though I'd say G'day and introduce myself to everyone.

I'm Phil from the Gold Coast. Just starting up brewing looking for the ultimate goal of building a great little bar with my full grain beers on tap right where my work space is right now!!!

Yep gonna shift all that crap out of the way and get a nice timber bar, some of that wide world of sports memorabilia shit that Bill Laurey is always tryng to hock off during the cricket up on the wall, pool tabe, flat screen telly for the all important weekend viewing to be had........ any way thats the plan, years away i know but i'm taking the first step and getting the beer right!! :chug:

I just purchased the coopers micro kit and gave the contents a run. Just finished bottling actually. All went well suprisingly enough. Just those carb drops took a bit of dissolving. Little buggers.

I will let you know how the 2ndry goes.

Nice to be here and I look forward to chatting with you all!

And a G'day to you Phil.

Grab a beer and settle down for the long ride.

cheers
johnno

Welcome Sharkfarm.
First little tip, a day after you bottle, put the bottles back in the box and turn the whole box upside down a few times. That mixes the sugar in.
