Hi All,

A few years back I purchased a gas bottle outright from the Heidelberg hbs. (no longer there)
The one I have has supa gas down the side of it like its an ex hire bottle.
Just wondering if anyone else has these bottles and now the store isn't there any more how do you go about swapping/refilling.

thanks

I had a bit of a look around the website.....it looks to be a good site.

Click on home from the link and then click on "Hospitality"

From my brief visit it may appear that you dont actually own the bottle.
If this is the case and you have a receipt from the defunct brewshop you may be able to plead innocence and mercy. :)

is it a 6kg bottle with customer bottle like this

when i need a refill i take it to my nearest store and send it away....i have sodastream back up

I've got a supagas 6kg bottle i bought outright a few years ago. Havent had to fill it yet, but i know the local Fire extinguisher maintenance mob does C02 refills of any of these kinds of bottles.

Check that out locally to you and see how you go.

keg king will fill them

If still in date, if not, you can get it serviced.

Supagas don't refill at every location, my local doesn't and want to send the bottle off so worth checking before you rock in

thanks guys,
yep that's the bottle I've got.
luckily I haven't run out yet but I had a whoopsee with my regulator (3 years ago) and I cant see how much is left in my bottle.
I should probably just suck it up and shell out for a new one but I'm like...... its just a little busted it still good, its still good.
I might call around and ill post my findings.
thanks again.

Just and update,
I called my local supagas and they said they can fill the bottle for about $50.
But as Yob Said some branches don't refill on site, this being the case for me.
Just a simple drop off and in a week I can pick up again.
