Here's the problem, I have a secondary jerry & a primary ready to pitch. Both won't fit in my brew fridge at once.
The jerry has an APA just racked into it. This is my first AG (Yay!) & has been in the fridge steady at 18c. The primary is the last of the kits I had & will be a Raspberry Blonde (once racked onto the raspberrys).
The questions;
Is it more important to hold the temp constant at the start of fermentaion?
Will raising the temp after racking alter (ie bugger up) the APA?
What's the longest river in Africa?
