Hi guys I brewed last night a tin or Coopers Canadian Blonde with a Thomas Coopers Wheat Tin in 20 litres of water. Nothing else added. I forgot to take the OG reading. Can anyone have an educated guess as to what I'd expect it to be? Thanks in Advance!!

Don't worry about it.
Wait a week and take a reading, then take another in 3 days time. If they are the same then bottle, if not wait a few days then repeat.

4.9% if kegging, 5.3% if bottling with priming sugar.

Thats a OG of 1.052 and finishing at 1.012

Take a reading now, it won't have changed much if any between last night and now.

This is one of the situations when IanHs spreadsheet really shines. I've found it to be very accurate to within 1 brewer's point.
20 litres, OG 1.049 (est), FG 1.012 (est), ABV 5.2% (est after bottle fermentation).

Thanks so much guys. I'm using Belle Saison yeast so the FG should come down a bit further but I really appreciate the advice and the spreadsheet info.
Cheers Guys!!
