I have been brewing a lager for about a week now. Used two packs of w34-70, pitched and kept at 12 degrees. Checked it on Friday and SG was 1.030 and all was going well.

Just went to check it and the temp in my brew freezer was 27 degrees. My first thought was my brew freezer was dead. On closer inspection I realised the plug from the freezer had fallen out of the external thermostat.it must have fallen out Friday arvo when I did my first check.

Just tasted it. Not a complete disaster but it is a shade of what it could have been. Any way I can save it?

Fart into the freezer. It might give it the sulphurs smell expected of stressed yeast.

In all seriousness - I don't know. Dry hop it! I'm drinking a hopfenbock. Very delicious. There is nothing wrong wih a bunch of hops thrown at a beer full of esters!
