Question about this guys. I have a 9.5 % ginger beer. What carbonation levels should I be looking. Is it different cause its a strong beer

I'd say low, the alcohol will be taking your head off, the fizz won't need to!

Seriously, I'd say as per your normal for a ginger beer.
