Hi just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction normally I keg all my brews but I decided to bottle this batch. After cold conditioning should I bottle at that temp then store bottles at room temp or should I raise the temp of the wort to get it closer to room temp for secondary fermentation ? Any advice would be a great help.

Bottle at whatever temp it is, calculate priming rate based on highest temp reached during and post fermentation and carbontate at fermentation temps.

No need to warm for bottling.
