HI guys (& gals?),

Yesterday I did my first extract brew with specialty grains and a 45min boil with hop additions for bittering etc, and all went well right up until I had cooled the wort and transferred it to the fermenter. I completely forgot to strain the wort during the transfer, so the hops ended up in as well. Anything to be concerned about, or should I just cold crash the #(Q%# out of it before transferring to the keg?
It was a stout by the way...

Thanks for your advice!

Never done a stout myself but hops ending up in the fermentor isnt usually a big deal . (I just brew ales with lots of hops )
My guess is nothing to worry about

Perfectly fine, a lot of people dump the entire boil into the fermenter. I only started straining the hops out when I started harvesting yeast to make it a little bit easier.
