Im going to put down my first extract brew, an all nelson sauvin ale, and am unsure on the hopping schedule as its only going to be an 11L brew
Im looking for an easy drinking tasty ale, the recipe so far is:
1.5 kg Coopers LLME
15g Nelson sauvin at 60 min
10g NS at 20
10g NS at 0
US-05 ferment at hopefully 18*C
What do you think? Any advice is appreciated!
