I have a pte(privetly owned bottle) my brother just got a boc bottle given to him.
the people that fill my pte wont fill boc bottles.
if we take it to boc they will charge rent on the bottle.
is there anyway i can decant from my bottle to the other?
or any ideas on getting it filled?
