I really like Willamette and Spalt together in Saison.

I've never used splat, I used citra to get my ibu up.. otherwise would not of used it. First time using Willamette though. In looking forward to this, my first saison.

hey mate,

This beer was great. So happy being my first Saison. Next time I will up the ginger & coriander I didn't get much of it to be honest. The beer in general though was a winner. Really easy drinking which is dangerous because she fermented out well and got to 7%

Was my first beer in the Brew Bucket to, that things awesome.
