    I brewed a SMASH with Veloria and Idaho7 hops and it turned out awesome.

    Does anyone know the est. potential of the Compass and Veloria?
    Ie how much grain for 4.5 abv smash?

    More info required as your method & yeast will play a part in achieving 4,5%. The calculations below may help.
    For a 4.5% abv. (approx)
    Batch size: 20L
    Efficiency: 70%
    Mash Profile: Medium body
    Yeast US-05
    OG 1043 FG 1009
    4Kg Veloria OR 3.9Kg Compass

    Pretty useless info sheet, no moisture content, no units for some of the other parameters. But a Coarse/Fine difference and a moisture content would be very useful.

    Well yes, not ideal but at least a general starting point for anyone interested. Plus there's some BS files available from their site to use for building recipes.
