Scotty has been dropped off the list, we're @ 37 bags, its getting damn tempting the get the last 3 for myself, this really is a bargain, if I had some experience with using the malt on my system I'd be all over it, 50kg to run some test batches to get a feel for it is a big enough commitment for now.

Fingers crossed we get this opportunity (even if price needs to go up to cover freight from Tassie) again at some stage. I'd hate to discover this malt is amazing and not be able to get my hands on it again.

If you're in the Pine Rivers/outer north suburbs area I can offer the use of mine as needed, if not local maybe someone else closer would be able to help. If you BIAB you can even just use an el cheapo blender, served me well for a good 8 months before the bulk buy I got my mill through popped up.

As this will be going ahead short of some catastrophic mishap it's probably a good time to start figuring out logistics after the pallet is landed.

What are the odds someone on the south side wants to act a pick up point down there? Could probably drop the bags down there to make everything a bit easier on those with a long drive to Brendale. Also, as mentioned at the start of the thread, I'll only have a week or so of leeway storing the bags at work so the less I need to worry about storing in case people can't make it up here the better.

The other option for those a long way out is throwing their bags on courier, Fastway or Couriers Please, should only run $8-10 per bag.
