Hi fellas

Thought I'd tack this on here

I about to mount a Stainless NTC Probe (MashMaster) in my HLT and was going to run it through a tee with a sight gauge

Anyway does any one know where abouts the actual sensor is on these probes? Eg right on the tip or 1/2 way etc

Just wanna make sure I have enough of the probe presenting beyond the HLT wall for an accurate reading
