"Dropping" No-Chilled beers?

When I was NC I felt that the break material shouldn't be in my beer either. It all dropped out once I crash chilled prior to bottling. I had crystal clear beers poured from bottle conditioned beers, no chill haze no break material.
I was reading a blog you might be interested in, it's an experiment on kettle trub and flavours in beer.
