AN unusual sorbet made from a premium French beer is proving a major hit at a city bar and restaurant.
Blanc Sorbet, containing Kronenbourg Blanc, is on the menu at the Courtyard Bar & Brasserie in Leith.
The sorbet is served in a hollowed-out orange with the orange flesh used in the ingredients. Scottish Courage introduced the fruity white beer Kronenbourg Blanc from France earlier this year.
