Cream Soda

Hey guys,

i just saw that one of the sponsors has cream soda. The instructions say to add yeast but seems to be suggestion kegging immediately, without any ferment. Is this correct?

Has anyone made it?

Oh i get it, the yeast is only for carbonation. Its not actually fermented. http://www.craftbrewer.com.au/shop/details.asp?PID=3388

nop but with a kegging setup I want to try but it would mean I need a dual reg as softdrinks are usually more carbed then beer

If you're using the yeast to carbonate it then it is fermented and there is going to be some level of alcohol. Also, a dual-reg wouldn't be needed as you would only need serving pressure in the lines, as the yeast would already have carbonated the solution.

no need to add yeast with keg setup as its carbonated by the gas not the yeast. But from what I have read soft drink is more carbonated then beer, Plus I would not like soda drifting back threw into the beer gas lines. I have a spare reg just gotto get a fitting so I can put it on the other one.
