Does anyone know what strain of yeast this is ? Just brewed a cider and was very pleased with the results. Just wondering if anyone had anymore info on it?

No but I recommend asking Ross himself.

How much krausen does this normally produce? I put an all apple juice cider down on Monday and haven't seen any krausen form. I opened the lid today and it smells (alcoholly) and looks (cloudy).
Just want to know what this yeast has done for others.
Before you ask, I am unable to find my hydrometer.

Cheers

Cider often doesn't produce a huge krausen, just like a glass of it doesn't produce a large or very lasting head. Proteins that are relevant to beer head retention are not relevant here.

Ethanol suggests it is fermenting, cloudiness is normal.

Cheers for that. Didn't think about it like that, but now it makes sense.
Looks like Incan head to the gold coast for 5 days knowing my cider is doing what it needs to do.
Cheers
