Cracked Grain.

just wondering how long cracked/milled grain would last in an airtight container ? (read large garbage bin)

I have used some that was about 3 weeks old, cracked and sealed in a bag(no vac) and it seemed fine, without vaccing it, i personally wouldn't wait too much longer.

Cracked grain will keep for several months, no problem, if kept cool & dry. Cracking though as you need it though, or keeping under vacuum is much preferred & will keep your grain fresher much longer.
