Hi all, Had a coopers extra strong vintage ale last night,(wouldnt want too many as 7.5%). Any idea on how to make a copy of this beer with kit ingredients. Just curious if it could be done. Geoff

If Vintage ale is the one that Im thinking of, the recipe varies from year to year. So copying it could take a bit of trial-and-error.

To make something like Coopers Vintage I reckon you'd wanna make an English strong ale of sorts. I think the would be the yeast though, it gives the beer quite a unique flavour.
