Anyone had any success with this brew.
1 can coopers Amber ale
1kg coopers ldme
Swapped out kit yeast for US05
Fermenting at 21 degrees as per instructions

See how it turns out

got something very similar bubbling away too, but with some steeped crystal & some coopers BE1. Have done as you have, turned out fine but was a little low in alcohol % & head retention. Maybe try some steeped grains next time & fermenting at 18 deg C if your not happy with it.

Just poured first beer from this batch. Great drop but I'm sure an extra week or 2 in the keg will do wonders

Am jelous I cannot drink mine unless I half half with a good beer.
Putting it down to extra chlorine in Newcastle water as God my water stank from the hose yesterday arvo!
Looks good mate!

Looks fantastic... Nice dark colour!

I also have a coopers amber ale currently fermenting w/ 1 can of Amber LME pitched with US-05.

Will dry hop it with 25 gms of cascade on Wednesday..

Hope mine turns out as nice as yours...
