ive just got my greasy little mitts on a conicle fermenter and though havin a read different articles am unsure on a couple of things......firstly do i need to vent the vessel during fermentation in the first 7 days and also for secondary fermentation purposes can i just cask condition instead of leaving in the flask????? :drinks: also between mashing im i better off not letting air spoil the batch by transferring it via tubing etc any help would be good thanks
