Hi there. Put on a cider kit from the local home brew shop over 2 weeks ago using 1kg dextrose and the yeast that came with the kit. Bubbled away fairly steady for about 10 days then slowed down but is still letting off the occasional belch from the air lock. The SG (as well as I can tell - always had trouble reading those) seems to 1.0 or slightly less. Should I bottle it or should I wait until there are definitely no bubbles coming? Also the instructions on the can say only 1 tsp sugar for each 750ml bottle which is half what I usually put in for beer. Does that sound right ?

Sounds like it's done. Check it over three days, and if the SG remains the same you can bottle. I always prime my ciders @ 6g of sugar / 750ml, same as for beer) but it just depends on taste. I like a sprightly cider.
