Brewer/Gamer/Nerd
Well another year wrapped up with the GoldCLUB. From camping, brew days, bratwurst and even brewing on a Weber BBQ, we have done a lot this year! It has also been filled with ups and downs, we have now claim to some award winning brewers but we have also seen our president move interstate.
This meeting will be a nice casual one, we can all share a few beers and have a chat. If anyone feels inclined to brew up some Christmas beers they are more than welcome to (we have done this in the part with mixed results, Nick's Prune beer will go down in history I think) but no stress if you don't.
We are also going to have a laptop there and if people want to bring along USB drives or portable harddrives (or their own laptop of you wish) we will be swapping around beer documents, videos, recipes and other beer related items.
End of the night we will probably end up at the bar and put on a couple of jugs for the club, kind of a way to give back to Burleigh Brewing for having us for another year.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
We have an optional annual fee ($50 for 12 months) if you want to become a paid member which has benefits of free raffle tickets (we do a beer raffle every meeting), also hugs and high fives from other paid members. This fee pays for nibbles on club nights, helps out towards club camping trips and extra fun stuff the club decides on doing. If you wish to become a fully paid member please ask Adam (tricache) at either the meeting or on the club page.
RAFFLE
As usual be sure to bring along an extra bottle or any other beer related paraphernalia for the raffle.
