Hi,

I have a recipe for a "stone and wood style" beer (galaxy hops) that contains 2.6kg of pilsner and 1.3 of wheat malts with Mangrove Jacks M44 west coast yeast (so i guess its a quite pale beer) and I'm wondering what would be a good chloride to sulphate ratio for it?
I'm after advice/experiance from someone that has brewed a beer as similar as this one please.
Cheers!
