Hey team, anybody know if the yeasts in Chimay beers are worth culturing ? I heard/read somewhere that they put a second yeast in the bottle at bottling, therefore rendering the yeast in the bottle useless. Anybody else heard the same ? I bought a couple today (research purposes !) and would like to be prepared when I open one. Many thanks, CV.
