Hi guys, here's a super quick chicken drum recipe, super simple too:
Cut the skin off your chicken drums so they're skinless, then rub a mixture of cumin and olive oil (rough paste) onto the meat then bake them at 180C for about 45 minutes or until cooked through.
I prefer to put them on a rack so the oil doesn't make the bottom side soggy. Fairly healthy without the skin but also crisp up nicely without the skin too and taste great.
you can also use this recipe on a whole chook, I cook them skinless too.
