Chest Freezer

Went to DEC to buy the freezer an was told that that price was not their sale price and they did not know who I spoke to.

So went to ebay and found a bloke around the corner selling a westinghouse 320 litre chest freezer approx 5 - 10 years old.
Went and had a look offered him $150, eventually got it for $200.

Moral of the story: If the price sounds to good to be true it probably is.......

Will post pics in the next week or so of progress.

Hey Reg.

Whoever you spoke to from DEC must have been on something narcotic giving you those prices. My 258 litre DEC freezer cost me $450 (orig. price was $500). The only reason I got the $50 discount in the first place was because my wife bought a 200 litre freezer in the same deal.

Oh and they also delivered the 2 freezers for nothing. So I guess that's around another $30 or so in savings.
