I’m keen to progressively upgrade my BIAB set up to a shiny electric HERMS system. I’m looking for input on the Cheeky Peak kettles vs the brand name ones (SS Brewtech, Blichmann, Spike, etc) which are a lot more expensive. Are they worth the extra money? Thoughts...?
