Having empty kegs and a camping trip in a month I thought I better get some full kegs.

Put this together from what I have in the cupboard at the moment. Any comments or suggestions gladly accepted:

Why so much, in fact any, extract?

Substitute it all for more maris otter and a scoop of caramalt instead.

Hop schedule looks good!

Why so much, in fact any, extract?

Because I've got an 18L pot and that's about the biggest grain bill I can safely do on the stove without SWMBO giving dirty looks - and I haven't any more Maris Otter on hand at the moment.
