Ive just finished fermenting a lager and i want too use the fridge to ferment another batch. Can i store the 1st batch in cubes for 3 weeks than CC both batches together?
I wouldn't have any qualms about doing that. I don't CC because I lack a fermenting fridge but have left stuff in cubes at room temp for a few weeks with no probs whatsoever...
