I'm assessing interest regarding a bulk buy of quality honey for mead or beer brewing. It's quite good on toast, also.
My FIL is a respected apiarist and pollination co-ordinator in the Mildura area. He oversees the pollination of several agricultural crops over a wide area (citrus and almond plantations amongst others), as well as owning and operating a large number of his own hives.
Here's a link to a Landline episode he was interviewed for. The topic is the impact of the Veroa mite on hives, and the importance of bees generally in agriculture. Its an interesting vid.
He's Trevor Monson of Monson's Honey and Pollination Services, an all round good bloke !

Anyway, I've had a chat and he's willing to arrange a shipment of 3kg buckets of his honey.
3kg River Gold - Predominantly from the Red Gum and Black Box trees of the Murray Darling Basin - $30
3kg Orange Gold - Harvested from the orange growing areas around Mildura - $30
I'll leave the EOI open until the end of the month, then I'll transfer the interested parties onto an order list.
When I receive the honey at my place depends on when he's coming to visit family here in Melbourne. He's planning a trip before pollination, which begins in 7 weeks.
Multiple orders may be possible if people don't make the first delivery. I'll update on time frames.
Due to the weight, it's pick up only from Ringwood North. No posting, sorry.
Collection times can be very casual, if that suits interstate parties looking to tie in an existing trip to Melbourne. I'll just leave it in the cool (freezing) garage.
The pics are of a 3kg pail of River Gold and a small jar of Orange Gold (all I had on hand).
Cheers, Dan
