The pics suggested that but I just wanted confirmation. At $25 it wouldn't bother me too much if it didn't rotate, would just make my install neater with regards to hose direction. And at some point I will probably upgrade to a March pump anyways just because I don't really want my system completely based on a cheap $25 Chinese knock-off pump. Can always use the pump somewhere else of course!

Just had this response from the supplier:

Yes, for our TL-B07, its pump head is connected with the pump boby via four
screws, and you can install & rotate it by yourself.

I'll tell you if and when I kill mine by restricting the output. However, I have killed aquarium pump-filters (virtually the same design pump), that work 24/7 by restricting them by not cleaning them often enough.

Maybe that's why I've killed plenty of pumps myself...

These pumps are listed as having 5 metre head or something? If you run your pump under head is no different to restricting the flow via a valve. I guess though, as you are saying by adding any pressure to the system it's likely to cause an issue sooner or later.

For me though, I'd be willing to buy a new one of these pumps every 12-18 months for the price.

Why cant you just adjust the voltage and wouldnt that adjust the performace of the pump?

Any from there up just keep getting cheaper. Obviously I don't want to get over $1000 worth for customs purpose..
