Hi all, just thought I should introduce myself and say g'day.
I have been brewing for a bit over a year now (all extract - with mixed results) and have found this forum to be a fantastic source of information.

Good on ya Chris. Lots of really good info and discussion for all levels of brewing on here. I was wandering through my brewing thinking my beer was pretty good for over 20 years. After being on AHB for about a year my beer has improved out of sight. Knowing WHY i do x and improving my process has allowed me to make beer the way i like it and reliably predict results.
