So, on about Jan 2, things will be back to normal and NY resolutions forgotten

You reckon you'll make it a whole day?

1. Stop trying to run before I can walk
2. Organise the garage to make brewing easy
3. Concentrate on process. I want to pick one style of beer and make it consistently before I move on.
Quickly thinking about it, I came up with:
- Enter less competitions
- Keep the Beer Engine in service year round, rather than just family events
- Get another CO2 regulator
- Get the backup keg fridge taps installed
- Get more serious in my plans to go commercial
- Upgrade my inline aeration airpump
- Get a microscope
- Make a bigger stir plate for massive starters for massive Imperial Hoppy beers
- Upgrade the HLT and Mash tun so I can do batches larger than 40 litres
