Are you currently brewing and thinking of going pro, or are you a beginner looking to learn, or somewhere in between? If you're a beginner or in-between your local brew club is a good place to start. Where are you located, and someone here can tell you your closest club? Local HomeBrew Shops (LHBS) can be extremely variable on the quality of advice given. It's good to support them, but it's not uncommon to get led astray by questionable advice. A few TAFEs run homebrewing short-courses, but I'm not up on which ones. If you're thinking of going pro have a look at the Federation University courses in Ballarat.
Ive been brewing (all grain) at home for 2 years, but no experience in the proper feid u may say. Located in Wangaratta. Would like to have a go of srarting a small brewery in the future
Maybe consider the Federation short course. It's hard to get into because there's very high demand for it. If you're interested for 2018 start now. The 2017 has been full for ages. Home study with one week on-site. Not cheap, but it has a great reputation.
