Well ... I'm now a REAL brewer / wanker / yeast nutritionist - personal trainer.

My march just rocked up on my desk. Unfortunately due to a mix up, I got one of the Aussie delivered ones without the base plate.

I popped John at G&G an email to question it, and he was very keen to sort it out for me (as I'd specifically requested it), he phoned me back offering to fork out for the return freight and to send me the one US delivered one they had in stock with the base plate.

I didn't think it was worth the cost to them, so he's going to help me out on a future order in return.

So ... The lesson. If you're buying one of these Pumps. Bypass Process pumps, and get a US delivered one from G&G, as they have a base plate welded on to them.
