Got this from the recipe database and it looked good.
I know its not a true to style APA. i dont care. I want to use a Pommy yeast, and i want to try out that Nelson Sauvin hops. anyone know another hops aside from cascade that goes well with nelson sauvin? and also, should i use a lower L crystal?

B Saaz, Pacific Hallertau both go well with NS.

Anything... I may be slightly biased on the subject of NS though...
Cascade will be interesting. I think I saw somewhere someone had done an APA with that combo but I could be wrong.

Hallertau Aroma and D Saaz also work well.

I put one down yesterday with a very similar hop register, cascade pellets instead of whole though. I don't think you can go wrong with that combo. :icon_cheers:

how bout the crystal? should i stick with dark or go to medium?
