Madly trying to finish a Reno so I've had a lot of time to listen to podcasts of the brewing network this year. Yesterday I listened to the best yet, IMO.
Steve Dresler of Sierra talked for over 2 hours. At approx 2 hours in he supplied the Celebration Ale recipe. Also has a lot to say about using whole cones and even wet cones with some ratio advice. I can't list it all, just listen and enjoy.
And yeah I went out and bout a mixed six of their beers after, couldn't resist after hearing him was lyrical...
