The idea of the brewery is basically to value-add Australian Malt and sugar (and water ) and export the beer to Asian countries. As I understand it there will be a push into our local market of course but it's mainly for export. Note I didn't add hops to the above list h34r:

So hopefully the export revenue will soon compensate for the Chinese vessels.

Even on Government funded jobs they are happy to import from China. Its frustrating.
