They were advertising for brewing technicians and a few other positions in the Herald last week too.
 
The idea of the brewery is basically to value-add Australian Malt and sugar (and water :rolleyes: ) and export the beer to Asian countries. As I understand it there will be a push into our local market of course but it's mainly for export. Note I didn't add hops to the above list :ph34r:

So hopefully the export revenue will soon compensate for the Chinese vessels.
 
Well it's certainly not going to be a single vessel BIAB exercise :p

Edit: love some of the terminology: "Gravity Liquor Plant" = "how we water the stuff down" :lol:

Even on Government funded jobs they are happy to import from China. Its frustrating.
