Im in the process of making a bog standard witbier that Ive made a couple of times and quite enjoyed.
Once tho, I stuck some black cherry nektar in the 2ndary for a week before I bottled it and it was excellent.
Sadly, the place that sells the Black Cherry Nektar has disappeared, and Im wondering what to replace it with.

Anyone got any recipie ideas?

Supermarket near me sells pasteurised non-concentrate blueberry juice, I have thought it would go great in a wit, or perhaps their pomegranate or raspberry.

Jars of Morello cherries. I got mine from some dodgy place that sells out of date supermarket products, curry pastes and the like, although the cherries where in date.
Or, wait until season and go to a farmer's market to get cheap cherries, and donate a lot of time to pitting them.
I'd go for frozen or the jars though...
