Vlad, I bought a standard reg, I think it does 2.5kg per hour .... I find with four rings you have quite a bit of adjustment. 4 rings to get to the boil then I turn off the outer (big) ring to maintain a sensible rolling boil.

I have the 4 ring burner and do the same as JasonY , works very well for me

I did a brew on the weekend and used a 3ring with a high pressure reg. I didn't time it but I recon it had to be half the time of the old low pressure reg. Very Happy
