Biere de Garde tasting

This meet is primarily to taste and compare our Biere de Gardes, but we are welcoming anyone interested even if they did not participate.
We will also have some commercial examples to try against our creations too.... I would advise not driving
Food is prob the standard fare of snags and rolls, but if anyone wants to get creative and whip up something from northern France/Belgium, it should go well with the beer.
Reply if you wish to attend so we can make sure there is enough food to go round

I guess bringing an extra beer couldnt hurt, but the main event is the Biere de Gardes.

I should have a Hefe and APA on tap if a lighter beer is called for

I had a go at Pomme Frites yesterday for lunch, and I think I got something passable. not nearly as much oil, so it is definitely missing something, but I think I know where to improve it.

I have heard that endisnigh may be pulling out with Nickstars, but will wait for confirmation

Is anyone keen to swap a bottle of their biere de garde on Sunday? I thought that I would bring a few longnecks of my batch for swaps with others.

It'll be great to taste them all on the day but I'm also thinking that a it would be good to have a whole bottle to taste later. :beerbang:
