Upgrading and my biab setup is now for sale.

What you get:

• 36L zebra stainless steel pot and lid, solid welded handles, no rivets.
• ball valve and bulkhead assembly
• thermowell
• temperature probe to suit thermowell. (wired with an rca plug so you can use it with your stc1000 if it has an rca socket or cut the wire and diy)
• bazooka screen
• stainless elbow (if you don't like the bazooka screen, you can use this as a pickup tube)
• biab bag

Good beginner pot to get started in all grain biab. I use it on my stovetop using 2 burners.
